People and Performance Assistant

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced people administrator to join our small and friendly team of people professionals, on a full-time, permanent basis.  The role is based at our brand new office facilities in St Andrews.
 
Reporting to the People and Performance Manager, the role of People and Performance Assistant is a truly generalist one, delivering great experiences to the immediate team and a diverse community of colleagues at The Home of Golf.  As well as being the first point of contact on all matters of people and performance, you will apply your administrative expertise to assist on aspects of recruitment, on-boarding, learning, development, wellbeing, policies, processes, systems, payroll and benefits. 
 
If you have 2 years or more experience of people administration, with proven skills in MS Word, Excel and people or payroll systems, we’d love to hear from you.
