St Andrews Links Retail was established in 1999 to harness the value of the world’s most famous Links and deliver a world class shopping experience at the Home of Golf. From our hub, adjacent to the Old Course, SAL Retail seeks to build a bond between the consumer and the brand by delivering the highest level of service and providing inspiration with powerful brand stories adapted from the Links landscape to the retail setting.

Shops Manager

Being Shops Manager means you will lead our teams within two of our retail outlets, be always on the go and visible to your team and your customers. You'll motivate dedicated, dynamic teams to complete a busy daily workload and ensure the highest standards of performance. That means working alongside the store teams, visual merchandising, effectively delegating tasks, working to KPIs, following processes, developing your team and prioritising your customers. 

You'll always be ready to adapt to change, learn new things and get your team excited to execute them. You'll be at the forefront of the SAL Retail Operational Management team, where your energy, enthusiasm and passion for retail and the Links will be palpable.
