COVID-19 Update

March 23 2020

Following the introduction of new government measures and medical advice regarding the outbreak of Covid19, all aspects of the St Andrews Links Trust operation will close with immediate effect (Monday 23 March).

Following the introduction of these unprecedented measures there is inevitably a great deal of uncertainty about what they may mean for all of us and our families in the short to medium term.

We will spend the next 48 hours assessing the implications and the most appropriate course of action. The health and wellbeing of colleagues, customers and golfers remains our number one priority. As a result we have decided to close all facilities, including all seven golf courses, clubhouses and golf academy, until such time as there is a change in these circumstances.
Thanks to our dedicated team at the Links we have sought to remain open for our community to continue to exercise in a safe space. We look forward to reintroducing our facilities as soon as it is safe and appropriate to do so.

In order to keep you as up to date as we possibly can, we will ensure that information is communicated to you as quickly as possible through email, website and our social media channels.

We would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your continued support and commitment during this time and over the following weeks and months, while we get through this exceptional time.
Visiting Golfers

All aspects of our operation are currently closed. For golfers with queries relating to prepaid bookings we would ask you to contact your Authorised Provider, travel partner or, if booked directly through St Andrews Links, our Reservations team. Our Reservations team are dealing with a high volume of queries and we would ask any queries to be directed via email in the first instance.

We would like to assure you there is no urgency to call to discuss rescheduled times. We will continue to deal with queries throughout the weeks and months ahead. We thank you in advance for your patience.

We will continue to follow government advice and will act accordingly should circumstances change. In the meantime, for course updates and further details please visit either or any of the Trust’s social media channels.

Thank you for your continued support.
