Payments should be made by the lead golfer by contacting the Reservations Team or using the secure link on the e-mail confirmation (third party payments will not be accepted).

If prior to payment the number of your golfers reduces, no additions can be made at a later stage (Old Course only).
All green fees are non refundable. We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to provide cover in the event that you are unable to play at your booked time.

For Old Course bookings, only the named golfers from the original application will be allowed to play.
The name of the lead golfer cannot change.
For each tee time in a group booking, only one name can be changed in advance to the list of named golfers supplied to us on the original application form. The name change will apply over both courses for any two course package which includes the Old Course.
If a change of name is to be made, the lead golfer should advise the Reservations Team
quoting the booking reference, between 28 and 21 days before the first day of play. The replacement golfer’s name, home club and handicap will be required.
Name changes for the Old Course are not permitted at any other time.
Single golfers cannot change.
