should it take to arrive?

products have the logo specially woven in on a per-order basis. This customised
service may take the delivery date over our minimum 14 days. Shipping to the UK
and Europe is generally a day or two faster than to USA and Japan. If you have
any queries you can contact the shop administration on shopadmin@standrews.com
8. I can't see the St Andrews webcam, is it broken?
Occasionally the webcam is down for maintenance, but in general if you can't
view it there are two possible causes - 1) your browser in NOT Java enabled or
2) the camera is very busy and you are being forced into an extended queue. The
active queue normally holds about 20 concurrent users - beyond that you may see
a message which says 'too many clients' in which case you should try later.
Please note:
If you are using Windows XP, Java VM may not be installed by default, and you
may not see the cameras. If this is the case,
please install it.
Most browsers above IE4 should be java-enabled. Sometimes if you are loggin
on form your work, a firewall or other inhibitive precautions on your netwrok
may disable access. You can email us if you continue to have problems on admin@standrews.com
