Order of Play: The order of play will be available to view on the website at the end of June 2015.
Practice Times: The Eden and New Courses will be available for official practice on Sunday 9 August. Practice times (for competitors only) may be reserved from Monday 29 June (either by phone or online - to be confirmed).
Golf Academy: The driving bays will be closed due to the clear-up of the Spectator Village following The Open Championship. The short game area and practice putting green will be open.
Registration: All competitors are requested to register at the Tournament Office located beside the 1st tee of the Eden Course on Sunday 9 August between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm. If you are unable to register in person, please ‘phone 01334 466725 on Sunday 9 August prior to 2.00 pm to confirm your place in the Tournament.
Handicap Certificate: All competitors from Scotland, England and Wales will have a CDH number and will not be required to produce a handicap certificate. All other competitors must show a current handicap certificate at Registration.
Barbecue: All competitors are invited to attend a barbecue on Tuesday 11 August at the Eden Clubhouse while the draws for the match play stages are being finalised. Competitors will be issued with a barbecue voucher at Registration. Additional vouchers may be purchased for £15.00 each.
Trolleys: Manually operated wide-wheeled trolleys will be available foc. Alternatively, there is a limited supply of battery powered trolleys (£18) and you may pre-book one from Monday 29 June. Please note they will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
Buggies: Subject to prior approval from the Tournament Committee, the use of buggies will be allowed and may be taken on the New, Eden, Jubilee and Strathtyrum Courses by golfers with a medical certificate. A maximum of two buggies are available for hire on each course and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. They may be reserved when booking a practice round, as from Monday 29 June, subject to presentation of the required medical certificate. The hire fee is £25 per round. All buggies are subject to availability and suitable ground conditions.
Distance Measurement Devices: The use of distance measurement devices will be permitted. Please note that the device must be limited to measuring distance only.
Caddies: Competitors may use their own caddie or if you wish to request a local caddie, please contact the Caddie Manager on firstname.lastname@example.org (01334 466633).
Late Call-Off Procedure: Please notify the Tournament Officials by Friday 7 August 2015.
